Lori here, with a great project idea to Welcome Fall. So, last year I had collaged a paper mache pumpkin and then didn’t know how I wanted to finish it. This year, when I unpacked my Fall craft stash, I took one look at this half finished project and new exactly how I wanted to complete it. Embellish with dew drops and top it off with pretty Fall florals; not sure why I didn’t think of this a year ago?! Oh well, it made for an enjoyable project this year! How are you welcoming Fall this year?
The Robin’s Nest Products:
Paper Mache Pumpkin
Collage papers (napkins, book print etc…)
Fall Silk Flowers
1) Collage a paper mache pumpkin and select a variety of Dew Drops that will compliment your design.
2) Adhere Dew Drops down the recessed lines of the pumpkin. I used Mini Dew Drop however, the size of Dew Drops will depend on the size of pumpkin being used.
3) Cover stem with Dew Drops (Original and Mini sized Dew Drops).
4) Embellish the top of the pumpkin with silk flowers/leaves, ribbon and raffia.
